Apps to Boost WFH Productivity
Over the past year, working from home (WFH) has become the norm for most working professionals. The role of technology in facilitating work from home is of paramount importance and applications are at its core. Whether it’s video calls, task managers, calendars, apps have played a critical role in making it easier to work from home. Little Indian developers create apps that help you be more productive from home.
Take the case of Mustafa Yusuf, whose attachment Tasks make it easy to plan, organize, and collaborate on personal and professional projects. The app, available for iOS, was developed by Yusuf and received support from Apple. Yusuf attended WWDC – Apple’s annual developer conference – in 2019 and said that “the teams Apple were extremely important to the success of the Challenges. ”Akash Jain is another developer behind Floret, a logging and scheduling application. The app allows users to add events, tasks, habits and track their life path with daily mood and gratitude checks. Jain used several apps to keep track of and organize his life, but he felt that something was missing. It was then that he started working on Floret.
“I get a few emails from people about how Flora helped improve their lives during these difficult times,” says Jane, who used CloudKit to keep his app secure and private. He claims that users have completed about 250,000 daily checks, completed 400,000 tasks and created 100,000 habits to make their lives better with Floret. Jain says Apple teams helped him design and added new technology to his app.

Not all app developers create apps that benefit or support companies like Apple and Google… Yusuf and Jain are among the select few. Yusuf says the time and effort he put into developing his app for Apple platforms has paid off. He says that App Store functions around the world have contributed to organic growth. “This contributed to increased visibility that would otherwise be difficult to achieve in the competitive category,” he adds.
